KUALA LUMPUR, 16 Mei (Bernama) -- Masalah gangguan teknikal di dalam mengakses kepada data pesakit sedia ada di Hospital Selayang menerusi aplikasi Hospital Information Sistem (HIS) yang telah berlarutan sejak dua minggu lalu memberi kesulitan kepada orang ramai untuk berurusan.
