KUCHING, 23 Okt -- Situasi kerja yang tidak kondusif boleh menyumbang kepada masalah keletihan mental atau ‘burn-out’ kepada individu hingga menyebabkan mereka kurang produktif semasa bekerja, kata Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye.
